What comes with the studio.

Creator setups outgrow apartments fast. Viva Studios in Toronto is the video studio built for that jump: a 2,000 sq ft stage gives you a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit cyc for the clean seamless look, and the walls are sound-treated, not soundproof, which in practice means a controlled room instead of whatever the apartment is doing that day. The stage blacks out fully. Set the light once. It holds at 10 AM and at 10 PM.

Creators come here to batch YouTube episodes, brand series, and social content, and the room is set up for it. The four Aputure Nova P300c space-lights in the rate are iPad-controlled, so a look you build once comes back in minutes, and 1,000 sq ft of flex space holds wardrobe, product, and the next setup staged while the stage rolls. Cyc, kitchen, green room: three looks in one booking without redressing a set.

The building is yours alone, one production per day. The studio is staffed weekdays 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and overnights and weekends run keyless, which is when half of this work actually happens.

The 25 × 25 ft cyc comes pre-lit, so the clean seamless look is a walk-on, not a lighting day. Sound-treated walls keep the voice track honest.
Batch days across three looks

Cyc, kitchen, and green room each read as a different set. Shoot a run of episodes in one booking and change looks by walking across the floor.
Repeatable branded series

Four iPad-controlled Nova P300c space-lights hang from the grid at 13.5 ft, so episode twelve can match episode one to the pixel. Mark the floor and keep the series consistent.
Staging in the flex space

1,000 sq ft of flex space next to the stage holds wardrobe racks, product tables, and the next setup while this one rolls. Deliveries come in through the truck-height dock.
