What comes with the studio.

Viva Studios rents a 2,000 sq ft sound-treated soundstage at 777 The Queensway in Etobicoke, Toronto. The dock sits at truck height with an 8×10 ft door straight onto the stage, so load-in is a roll, not a carry, and the 45 × 40 ft floor takes the build.

The stage is sound-treated, not soundproof, and we say it that way on purpose. Treated walls and full blackout keep the room quiet enough to hold a clean dialogue take, and the ten sound blankets in the rate handle the fussy corners. Booking is one production per day: no shared hallways, no other crew’s playback through the wall.

Weekdays 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM the studio is staffed, so load-ins are met and power questions get answered on the spot. Overnights and weekends the building runs keyless. A 5 AM crew call happens without waiting on anyone.

What this stage is not: a place for a multi-set build shooting simultaneously, a 30 ft crane move, or a lighting plan built on big HMIs. That show wants a bigger lot, and if it is your show, we will tell you on the scout. Inside 2,000 sq ft, a 13.5 ft grid, and an LED package, the day runs the way you boarded it.

Viva Camera rents cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip out of the same address, and studio clients take 25% off. If the package comes up short mid-day, the missing piece is a walk down the hall.

Dialogue on the stage

Set builds on the 45 × 40 floor

Flats and set pieces roll off the truck, through the 8×10 ft dock door, straight onto the stage. 18 ft ceilings leave room to build up, not just out.
Overhead rigging and top light

The grid hangs at 13.5 ft, and four Aputure Nova P300c space-lights come with the room, iPad-controlled. Four 15A circuits and a 20A at the stage walls run the rest of your package.
Video village off the floor

1,000 sq ft of flex space next to the stage keeps client monitors, agency chairs, and staging out of frame. The green room and hair-and-makeup room hold talent off set.
